.:.Seabird.:.

First of all let me apologize for not posting. I've been super busy with shoots and my husband moved recording studios....soooo needless to say I've not had a whole lot of down time.
I've done several shoots the past few months {it takes fooorrreverrr to get the final photos from the photographers} one of those being for a band called Seabird. They are a group of talented guys from Cincinnati who came down for this crazy shoot. It was a lot of fun, Caleb Kuhl took the insane photo's. I also got to work with Sonnie Shay as my assistant, for the first time, and she was soooooo amazing!!! Thank you Sonnie, you make my life so much easier and the shoots so much more fun!
Enough of my ranting...here is a little sneak peak of the Seabird shoot. I promise there will be more to follow soon.

Brian Stone

I had the pleasure of working with Tec Petaja shooting Brian Stone. We were itching to do something creative and Brian was perfect. We only spent a couple of hours doing the shoot. It was so easy, Brian was great and so sweet to let us do this!

:: Nathan Lee :: 40 Day Risk

I was fortunate to work with Nathan Lee again. {I worked on his album shoot with Michael Gomez earlier this year.} Tec Petaja, Jordan Hughes {hair and makeup} and I shot Nathan as we see him, raw and natural.

Nathan is on his '40 Day Risk' tour right now. I recommend you go see him if he comes close to where you live.
You will be blown away with what you hear and see!

The Moak's

Well, you guessed it, this is my husband and me :-)
That is one of the perks of what I do, I make friends with great photographers who make even the most unphotogenic people look good!

This is presenting an opportunity for me to brag on my husband, so I'm going to take it. Paul Moak is a producer in Nashville who has worked with Sixpence None the Richer, Mat Kearney, DC Talk, Michael W. Smith, Over the Rhine, Amy Grant, Toby Mac, Griffin House, ....the list goes on. He owns a recording studio and can play pretty much any instrument you put in front of him. He's one of the most passionate people I know, he lives for what he does and the people he gets to do it with. I am so thankful I get to call him my husband.

Tec did the shoot, and this was my grandpa's motorcylce I gave Paul as a wedding gift. It was so fun to get to dress up and do this with Paul.
Thanks again Tec!!

Joy Williams

Joy Williams....what can I say about this fine woman?
She's simply wonderful! She's got her hands in many projects, so I'd encourage you to check her out a.s.a.p.

Here she is looking beautiful in this shoot we did back in september. Mizzie Logan did hair and makeup {she's crazy good} and, of course, the insanely talented photographer, Mr.Tec Petaja.
enjoy!

Britt Britt Britt

So here it the beautiful and lovely Britt Nicole. She's on Sparrow and her record is due out soon.
The shoot was really fun and it was gorgeous weather. I was fortunate enough to shoot with an amazing photographer, who I also get to call a great friend, Reid Rolls. Also, my sweet and crazy talented friend Amanda lent us one of her amazing one of a kind necklaces from her line Many Will See.

Hope you enjoy!

.:: Sensibility Music ::.

Tec Petaja and I got to work with Nate Yetton, who is the founder of Sensibility Music. {Sensibility Music is a recording, marketing, licensing and management firm established in 2008. Flagship artists: Joy Williams & The Civil Wars.} It was a fun day, we drove around, ate Thai food, and enjoyed the weather.
